REFUND, SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY

PROCESSING TIME


All orders are typically processed within 12 hours. However, in some cases, processing may take up to 48 hours depending on payment verification, order volume, or operational factors.

Due to our fast processing system, orders are quickly prepared and forwarded for shipment, which limits our ability to make changes once the process has started.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME


Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

 

Each order is carefully processed and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure the best possible experience.

TRACKING INFORMATION


Tracking details will be sent to your email once available. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to be issued.

This delay may occur due to payment confirmation, order preparation, and shipping carrier processing times.

Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after being issued.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

EXCHANGES


The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product and place a new order.

We may offer free size exchanges in certain cases. Please contact us if the item does not fit, and we will assist where possible.

Exchanges for different products, colors, or variants must be done by placing a new order after returning the original item.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES


Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated fulfillment system. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment shortly after purchase.

However, in some cases, we may still be able to:

  • Update shipping address

  • Adjust size or variant

 

If you notice any issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

DAMAGES & ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

EUROPEAN UNION – 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
